Submitted an ED to Penn. Realized halfway through my NYU app that the GPA/Undergraduate Major Information did not carry over with the school entry on application....My Penn App has no GPA/Major.
I realize this information is on the CAS Report; Will this affect my admissions?

Not even sure this is a screw-up. If it let you submit the app without completing those fields, it means they were optional. And they were optional specifically because the info is included in the CAS report. So you basically didn't answer an optional question.
You can let them know if you want, but as you said, they already have the information--just not on the app itself. It shouldn't affect you either way.
