Hi,
Looking for guidance as to whether I should submit a brief LSAT addendum. In 2010, I took the test three times, scoring in the 95th - 97th percentile range. Decided to put off LS for a while and work, and studied the hell out of LG, which had been my only problem area. Scored 177 in June.
I don't really have an excuse, so my impulse is not to write one. I just couldn't do LG quickly before, and then this time I could. Is it conventional wisdom to write something if you have greater than a 6 point jump?
Thanks!

Don't write one if your answer is going to be "I got better at taking the test."

And I'll preempt your next question: no we won't give you an idea of the type of things an addendum would be good for. If you can't come up with a genuine reason on your own, you don't have a good enough reason. Plus, at the end of the day they'll just care about your highest LSAT score anyway.
