Harvard app submission

Does anyone know if there is any reason why the Harvard app is now available on LSAC but everywhere (e.g. the app instructions and the HLS website) tells you to submit it as soon after September 15th as possible? Is that the date it was available last year and they forgot to change it, or are we just not actually allowed to submit until September 15? I know it's ridiculously early either way but I'm just wondering whether or not it's worth my trying to finish/submit it like...tonight.

LSAC will only allow you to submit your Harvard app starting 12:00 AM on the 15th.
