Do any of the T14 require dean's certification with application besides Stanford?

Does Stanford require it from all schools you have attended or just the one you graduated from?

Do Ohio State / Case Western / Cincinnati require dean's certifications?


As per my research answers are 1) No 2) graduated 3) No. Would like some confirmation though.

Some T14s ask for a Dean's certification along with the application if you have certain academic or disciplinary issues. If you suspect you might, you should contact the schools and sort it out.

Yeah good point - my questions pertain to those without any disciplinary issues if anybody has any guidance. thank you!
