Your numbers are great... I don't think it would be the least bit detrimental to your app to have one letter from a prof. and one letter from a supervisor at work. Good luck!

Can you get in touch with the professor at his new university (or wherever he is)? If not, a letter from your supervisor should be fine.

I actually did get in touch with him, but he said he was reluctant to do so as he's been gone for a few years (he had also previously written me rec letters, so not sure why).

Otherwise I don't have many options, so hoping this will be fine..

Since you've been working for the past year, I think a LOR from your supervisor would be fine.

Too bad. But yeah, don't ever push a prof who doesn't want to write you a letter.

Definitely this.

I always recommend trying to get 2 letters from professors. But if you've tried and can't, then one from a supervisor is fine. Especially if you're doing 'legitimate' work, and it's not your manager at A&F.
