No schools have deadlines that pass before the October 2012 scores are out for applying in 2013. But are there any T-14 (or even 30) schools that would look down upon taking the LSAT in Oct. 2012 and applying for fall 2013?

no i don't even think it would limit any ED options if you finish your app materials in a timely fashion (idk about cornell EA - might wanna check that one). but regardless you would be doing yourself a service by making sure all your shit is done by the DAY you get your score back, then go ahead and apply. before november = good

No. Applying soon after you get your Oct score back is considered on time, and is not looked down upon by anyone.

Like TLSwag said, make sure you have your ducks in a row so you can apply as soon as you get your score back.
