most people seem to insinuate that it's good to work for a year before applying to law school
what if a person can only find part time work, would that be deemed as productive enough if someone dedicates an entire year to part time work and studying for the lsat while out of school? this is all theoretical of course. it's just in this economy it can be hard to find full time work

People say that because it helps people mature and figure out what they want to do.
Almost every law school isn't going to care that you worked PT.
