Simple question:
IU Indy at full ride
or
IU Bloomington at sticker
I don't really want to stay in Indy, but I also dont want $100,000 in debt. Does a school like IU Indy offer any chance to leave Indy for a city like NYC or Chicago?

IU-I is a bad bet if you dont want to stay in Indiana.

UI-B is a bad bet at sticker regardless.

You would need to be very close to the top of your class to get to a major market from either school.
Either gain an appreciation for Indiana, or retake/reapply.
