Penn now has two rounds of ED. The first is the same as before (in November), but now you can also apply ED in January! Why do you think they added this? Trying to snag those applicants who were burned in CCN ED?

smh.. gonna have to re-think ED strategy again.. My guess it is to take more of the top people away from UVA's January ED though.

Oh...applicants can apply for Penn ED with December score(Score release through e-mail: January 4)
