Stick with V10?
Currently paralegaling at a V10 and I'm going on my second year. It's been a good experience, but kind of rough at times. I'd really like to return to my home market and establish a network there as well. In terms of admissions to a t14 would it be better to stick it out at my current firm or would it be ok to work at a smaller firm near home or does it even really matter? I'm a 3.6 and am taking the LSAT in October or December. Thanks!

Bump. Maybe some commentary from people who've done this before law school.

It doesn't matter. Grades and LSAT.

In terms of admissions it won't matter.
If you went to a firm closer to home would it give you a chance at turning it into a FT job after LS? Your V10 will give very few shits about you having worked for them, but a smaller firm might care more.

If you want to work in your home market long term, I'd make the move back.
