FBI to US Attorney's office

Post by adil91 » Thu Jul 12, 2012 2:04 pm

I've heard of some FBI agents with JD's working for the US attorney's office after a few years working with the FBI. A lot of these people have previous prosecutor experience. Does this happen often? Does US attorney's office hire former FBI Agents?

The US Attorney's Office hires whoever it wants to hire. They pretty much have their choice of anyone they want, and it will be whoever appeals to them the most, for whatever reason.
