I will have two LSATs under my belt by the time applications become available in September/early Oct, but I expect a better Oct score than my Dec 11 score of 160 and my June 2012 of 164. Since I have the time to complete the applications as soon as they come out and I do not expect the schools to which I'll apply to change once I receive my Oct. score, should I go ahead and send in my applications?
My first thought is to wait until my October score, since it is before most of the ED dates I have looked at. But I want to receive the most advantage as possible. So should I send them in on day 1?
Thanks.

Have your apps ready to submit the instant you get your score and you will still be plenty early. A lot of fee waivers go out during the 3 weeks between the Oct test and when scores come out and you don't get enough benefit applying before then to offset the possible hundreds of dollars you save.
