Background check on myself??
Sorry to powerpost here recently, but I was thinking about the whole past criminal stuff etc on law school apps and now I am all worried. I have never been arrested or convicted of a crime, but I have had my license suspended a few times for either not paying a ticket or not having insurance. This was a LONG time ago (I am 33) and that was a time in life that I was all but homeless, extremely broke and in a horrible relationship. Don't really want to go into detail about all of that, but bottom line I do not remember the exact incidents, when they happened, or the exact number of other tickets I have received. Can I order a background check on myself to make sure I cover myself?? As I say, no crimes per se, but some issues on my driving record for sure. I just want to make sure I cover all bases and disclose anything that is in my background so I cannot be surprised or suffer during C & F. Does anyone know of a reputable way to get your own background check that would include your driving and ticket info??

Go to the DMV, get a copy of your driving record. I don't know what state you are in but in many states getting a criminal background check on yourself may not include traffic records.
