You'll be fine, since you'll be at about two years when you start. Their app specifically asks how much WE you'll have at matriculation.
Of course you'll absolutely need a 170.

They don't give people a better shot, it's more that there is another requirement. Your 2 years at matriculation will be sufficient for NU, but the problem is you have neither a 3.8+ GPA nor a 170+ LSAT. If you want NU (or any T14 for that matter) you should retake the LSAT a 3rd time if possible.

Thanks for the quick replies! That's exactly what I was wondering.
I do think I'll wait to see what I got in June until I decide whether or not I need to retake though. I should have gotten a 170+, but who knows.
