IMO, its an average soft, thus insignificant. Better softs are military exp, work exp, curing diseases, being famous, ect.

Numbers are what matter. GPA and LSAT. Softs only help at the margins, unless one's softs are really really good.

Graduating with honors reflects your GPA, which is what matters, so while the actual honor is a soft, what you did to earn it will matter.

Honors thesis won't play a huge role. Nova did a solid job with the list of soft factors that can make a difference.
