What are my chances to shoot for top 14 law schools?
I scored 169 in LSAT in February. My undergrad GPA is 3.67 and now I'm doing a master program at Harvard with a GPA of 3.87. I don't know what schools I should apply to and what are my chances for them. I don't know whether I should try the ED of some schools to increase my chances. Any thoughts on that will be appreciated!!!

1. If you want the T14 you should retake the LSAT for a 170+.
2. With a 169/3.7 your best bet would probably be Michigan (I'd ED there) or Cornell since those are the ones that are most lenient towards 168/169 LSATs.

Virginia is also known to give a good boost to ED applicants (I know someone who got in with a 166 applying ED).

I doubt that Gabriella is a boy. That said, Gabriella, I wouldn't sweat it. I am sure that you will get into at least one top 14 school. I'd actually put money on it.Desert Fox wrote:Not with his GPA.moonman157 wrote:Virginia is also known to give a good boost to ED applicants (I know someone who got in with a 166 applying ED).

An ED to Michigan gives you decent odds, and you have decent odds at Cornell RD. You could very easily get shut out though. If you think you can squeeze one or two points more out of a retake, I'd do it. A 171 will make T-14 very, very, very likely, probably with $$ somewhere. 172+ is a lock for $$ and puts CCN into play.

I had your numbers and got into 1/3 of the T14. PM if you want details.

This. Improve your options with a retake.ahnhub wrote:An ED to Michigan gives you decent odds, and you have decent odds at Cornell RD. You could very easily get shut out though.
