Thank you in advance for taking your time to read my post.
I'm currently a third year at UCSD, double-majoring in Economics and Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law. I'm planning on taking LSAT prep classes over the next quarter and summer break, and taking the actual test in October. Hypothetically, lets say that I study my butt off until then and score high on the LSATs. What are the chances of me getting into a first-tier law school (preferably higher up on the rankings) with
1. a 3.4 GPA
2. experience interning at the Public Defender's office and a financial consultant's office (if internships even matter)
3. being trilingual (if that even matters in admissions)

Depends on your LSAT. Your factors other than GPA won't really matter.
Look at the graphs on http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com to see what kind of LSAT you would need to get into various schools.

If you can break 170, you have a shot at the lower T14, but you'd likely be paying sticker. But really, it's not worth speculating until you have an LSAT score. Just focus on studying right now.

I agree that LSAT is most important thing you should focus on right now. I just want to add that while your softs may matter little or even not at all in admissions, the legal work may help a little and being trilingual may help (depending on what you want to do) a lot in the job search.
