So, with my unfortunate 159/3.55(4.00) I have been wait listed by Cardozo with a shot at May admission. Cardozo is my realistic best shot in nyc, and I would love to go there. I will plan a campus visit in the next week or two and write about it in a LOCI.
In my phone call to 'Dozo, I was told that their tours are planned and may involve (not sure if it is voluntary or not) talking to an admissions counselor. What is your advice, in general as to how to proceed at this point? I'm willing to ride out the wait list\may roll till the bitter end.
Although I realize a lot of you guys will tell me to retake or apply next year, that isn't an option at this point. Thanks in advance for all your helpful responses.

Talking with admissions is voluntary. The tours are usually led by a current student. I also sat in on a 1L class when I went... I think a LOCI containing personal bits of your experience there is a good idea, go for it! =)victortsoi wrote:So, with my unfortunate 159/3.55(4.00) I have been wait listed by Cardozo with a shot at May admission. Why not retake? If you are set on going this year it is still the best decision. If you do worse than 159 it is not a big deal because it wont effect your chances. If you do better you can use it to get off the waitlists and negotiate scholly from Cardozo or any other school you already have been accepted to.victortsoi wrote:So, with my unfortunate 159/3.55(4.00) I have been wait listed by Cardozo with a shot at May admission.
