Does a "W" matter after acceptance to law school?
So i have been admitted to law school already and am in my senior year, winter quarter(we are in a quarter system). With some of the ASW/interviews, I might have to "W" a class. Any cons to this?? Or should I just get a B-/ C+.

It depends. It shouldn't affect your GPA in just a W. If WX it can count as an F and destroy your GPA though.
Otherwise it shouldn't count as all as anything.

Ws have absolutely no effect on your LASC gpa. The only reason colleges even incorporate Ws for when you drop a class is because the they are required to record a W for financial aid reasons. If I'm not mistaken if a student has too many Ws, it FAFSA can stop his financial aid. But in this case you don't have to worry.joetheplumber wrote:So i have been admitted to law school already and am in my senior year, winter quarter(we are in a quarter system). It won't affect you at all - don't worry about it.
