Should I capitalize S since it refers to a specifc school rather than school in general (just like I would write the Princapl's position, if I was referring to a specific person/principal)?

Is it definitely not capitalized, even though I'm referring to the specific school? If I had said University's, it would be capitalized, so shouldn't this be the same concept?
