Vanderbilt Interviews - Important?

Anyone know how Vandy weighs admissions interviews?

I don't think they're weighted very heavily, but I would do it if you have a chance. Mine was incredibly positive, and I came away with more information about Vandy and a great contact who I have stayed in touch with.

For the record, I got in without an interview, so it's definitely possible, but it seems like if you have the opportunity to interview you should just to learn more about the school.

That's true, I wish I had applied early enough to get an interview. But if I get denied at Vandy I'm pretty sure it will be for my atrocious gpa rather than my lack of an interview.
