I am writing my C/F addendum due to two incidences in my past. Both were Minor in Possession of alcohol, the first being eight years ago. I truthfully cannot remember the exact dates of each occurrence. Both charges were expunged.
How do I write this.

For my Character and Fitness Addenda I just wrote what happened in a short paragraph. I couldn't remember the month either so I phrased it as "early in the year 20XX ....." I think it happened in like January or February. FWIW I've been accepted to four schools so far and none have asked for additional information about the date.
