172/ top 10% class from India

I am looking for the program starting Fall 2013.

Should I ED to Columbia?

What are my chances for Columbia, Cornell, UPenn?

Or should I look at Boston, BU, etc?

I have no idea how they interpret your GPA. I'd just splatter the t14, with an ED to columbia.

I would recommend against ED if your GPA is unpredictable. You might have a shot at HYS, who knows.
