Standard Procedure after being held?

Post by boosk » Mon Jan 09, 2012 5:42 pm

Just held at Harvard,

I'm wondering what the standard procedure is for updating transcripts, LOR's, Resumes, and LOCI's...

what goes through LSAC and how? what do I do on my own? what should go through snail mail and what shoud be done by e-mail? I'm hoping to get everything in ASAP

Thanks in advance for any responses!

Almost everything will be submitted through LSAC (except LOCI's) and I don't think it hurts to send updated transcripts as soon as they're available. As for LOR's and LOCI's, I think you should ration them out over the coming weeks and months. You can sit on a waitlist for a long, long time in certain instances. You don't want to fire all of your barrels in the first couple of weeks. Keep some meaningful letters in reserve, but make sure the school hears from you occasionally.
