My dream school is Michigan and I applied RD because I couldn't do summer start due to personal summer plans. Plans may have changed so I'm inteterested in summer start and ED as well.
Does michigan let you switch at this point in the cycle?

No. The deadline to ED was in November, and the last ED decisions were released a couple weeks ago.

I know some people on TLS have submitted addenda promising to enroll if admitted. I don't know how schools look at such addenda, but if you're willing to commit to UMich, it may be worth considering.
