Are we supposed to include high school under the education section on applications? And what are the consequences if this info is omitted?

Probably best to fill in as much high school info as you can. At least one school I know of made of a point of asking applicants to send in that info if they forgot to include it on their application. It's probably not important for most schools, but better be safe than sorry.
