Hey TLS,
I completed two internships as an undergrad and received course credit for them through my school. Both appear on my resume and the credit for each of them appears on my transcript, but the transcript merely lists them as "Internship 1," "Internship 2" and I'm concerned admissions committees may not know what that means. I didn't include an addendum explaining this in my application because at the time all of this seemed pretty clear and straight forward, but now I'm realizing that it's unclear and they may not know which internships on my resume correspond to the internships on my transcript. Is it too late to send an addendum to admissions committees? I want to be as clear and helpful to the committees as possible but I worry that this will make it seem like I was careless when I filled out my apps.

It's on your resume, that's addendum-ey enough
