As I was completing my apps, I came across the question:
Have you ever been CHARGED WITH or CONVICTED OF a crime of any kind (including all traffic violations and speeding tickets, except parking tickets)? Juvenile offenses must be reported. Your driving record can be requested from the DMV of the state of the offense.
If you answered "yes," include the charges filed, date, and disposition (fine, penalty, court costs, etc.) as an attachment. Please note that your file cannot be processed without this information.
When I was 17 I received a speeding ticket that was dropped down to 5mph over with 0 points after I went to court over it....it was quite awhile ago, but I think I remember the judge saying if I didn't have any offenses for three years that it would be expunged from my record...
Anyways, I requested my driver history from the PA DMV and it is 100% blank, with nothing whatsoever denoting the speeding ticket.
Is there some other way where I can get the info, or should I leave it off? I don't want to shoot myself in the foot when it comes time for the bar.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Character & FItness - Expunged Record
Just disclose everything, they're not going to care
Just write two-sentences, don't make it into a big thing. Explain the charge, explain you were a minor. Explain you requested your record and it's blank so you have no way to get the information. The end.

Contact the county clerk's office in which you recieved the ticket and see if they have record of it. If so just get a copy of it, and disclose it. If they don't then I would call the schools in which your applying to and ask them how you should proceed. No admissions officer is going to care about a speeding ticket several years ago and it's easier to disclose it rather than worry about it later.
I had a speeding ticket for 90+ in a 70 I just wrote than I recieved the ticket 6 years ago and haven't recieved one since.

Re: Character & FItness - Expunged Record
It was so long ago that I don't even remember what county it was in haha
I'm going to disclose it with as much information as I have, and I expect that no one will inquire further about it due to its minor nature.
Thanks for your help!
