Acceptance rate?
I'm copy-pasting this from another thread. Will be thankful if anyone has info on this:
Most law schools only give out numbers on their entering class size. Where do I find info on their acceptance rate? Not on their website (not for many schools). Any other place you know of? I don't have numbers for-
U of Virginia
Georgetown
U Texas, Austin
U Washington, St. Louis
George Washington
U Minnesota
Boston U
Anyone? Thanks!

Re: Acceptance rate?
Go to the official LSAC guide website, search for the school, and calculate it yourself based on their numbers (divide total accepted/total applied).

Re: Acceptance rate?
Thanks snehpets and Ingoodfaith! Data about UVA is correct. As for LSAC's link you provided, it gives enrollment data. I'm looking for admitted data. Not all admitted students enroll. And I couldn't find how many actually get admitted for those schools.
EDIT: Ah I got it! It's RIGHT there
Thanks guys, you're awesome!!

Re: Acceptance rate?
This is very helpful! Do you have any idea if this information and data is updated for the class of 2014? Not sure if the medians are accurate or for the class of 2013 instead.InGoodFaith wrote:https://officialguide.lsac.org/release/ ... fault.aspx

Re: Acceptance rate?
I'm pretty sure the data in the LSAC guide are for the class of 2013. If I recall correctly, the guide lists Harvard's acceptances at 833, while H's website for the class of 2014 has 842 acceptances. I'll assume that the lack of correspondence is attributable to 2013 /v/ 2014.freestallion wrote: This is very helpful! Re: Acceptance rate?
I'm not positive, but from comparing a couple of schools' data here with their website it looks like it hasn't been updated for 2014 yet.freestallion wrote:This is very helpful! Re: Acceptance rate?
Yeah I'm cross checking LSAC's data with school's websites, and looks like LSAC's hasn't been updated. But it gives an idea, cause there isn't that particular info on school websites.
