Apply before getting 12/3 LSAT score? Help.

Post by MellowMantis » Thu Dec 08, 2011 10:42 am

My applications are all ready to go aside from my 12/3 lsat score which is my only test score. I'm debating whether to submit now with the lsat score part blank or just wait and submit in full. Even if my score is lower than i anticipate it wont greatly change where I apply to so that isn't a concern.

You should have applied when you had your first score.

But the answer is: Apply now.

EDIT: 12/3 is their only score.

So yes, definitely apply now. That's what I did prior to my October score which was also my only score.

So how does that work with the CAS file? does LSAC send everything but the score and then send it automatically upon the scores release?

It depends on the school. Some schools request that CAS send everything but the score and then once the score comes in they send that and your file becomes complete. Others request that CAS hold onto the file until it's complete.

But seriously... get GOING! You need to get them in. The more time you waste the more you're hurting your chances.
