Where to add Temple C+F addendum Forum

Where to add Temple C+F addendum

Am I crazy? I do not see anywhere on the Temple app to add my addendum for Character and Fitness.

Is it supposed to go in the "criminal" tab even though this has nothing to do with a crime?

Same thing here. I ended up just attaching it to another addendum.
