Graduating UG in 3 years

How would law school admissions look at an individual who graduated UG in 3 years?

They'll pretty much look at your GPA and LSAT, the same as everyone else.

Thank you for clarifying. I did UG in 3, but took some time off. I was worried for a sec.

Yeah that shouldn't be a problem. I should have said that it may be an issue for OCI if you graduated in 3 years and go straight to law school.
