That's cool. I hope you are doing it because you want to help those less fortunate and not to get an admissions boost (I imagine you have good intentions since doing this is not small feat). Softs are hard to predict so I doubt anyone will have a clear cut answer. With those stats I would say ED is your best bet. Good luck on the organization.
