No alcohol violation in Dean's letter?
First, I love this community for the advice/guidance.
In my freshman year I was given an alcohol related warning. I've sent in my apps and forgot to disclose this, it just came to mind a few days ago. Anyway, I called the Dean's office at my undergrad on two separate occasions and both times they reassured me there is no record of this. She said because is was very minor and was never on my record, there is no need to disclose. Advice please?

I'd just call or e-mail the schools and tell them exactly what you just told us, it really won't have any negative impact on your apps at all. You might be alright without doing so, but I wouldn't risk ANYTHING with C&F
I couldn't imagine going 3 years of LS and then being told I can't be a lawyer
edit: Also, read the questions on the apps.. there may be some were you don't have to say anything (just ask for arrests or convictions) and some that you do (ask for any type of warning or notice)

Its safer to just send some quick update.
Although, in reality, I highly doubt that this sort of thing will ever get dug up or that it would have much of an impact even if it did.

I agree, but I also agree with your 1st statement... Its really not worth the 1% risk of screwing yourself completelymaximator wrote:Its safer to just send some quick update.

Thanks for the advice and I agree, this isn't worth risking. I'll give them a call!

It won't matter unless the BBE's start hiring psychics, but call if you want.

Explain the situation in an addendum and obtain a letter of good-standing from the dean of students.
