Hey guys, here it is! Thanks for the help!
Dear *** Admissions Committee,
As demonstrated by my transcript, standardized tests are not indicative of my future performance. The ACT, which is supposed to be a key indicator in terms of academic performance in college, did not accurately gauge my abilities at *** University. I received a score of 21 on the ACT, yet I currently have a 3.94 GPA and am in the top 2% of my class. Similarly, I believe my LSAT score of 153 will not be indicative of my future performance in law school. Therefore, I feel that my GPA is a more accurate indicator of my academic performance at ***Law School. Given my academic accomplishments, work experience, and desire to study at *; I am confident that I will bring a positive contribution to *** Law School.
Respectfully,

It's fine, but don't address and conclude it like a letter. Just put your identifying info in a header.
