This has been discussed many times before on this forum.
Firstly, the addendums should all be part of the same document.
If the school doesn't leave space for an addendum document (some don't), attach the document somewhere else - in an empty space, or tacked on the end of another document.
The schools don't see where you attached things. All they get are your attachments, in the order you attached them.
