Flex App won't really delete my app
So I click delete app (there are no recommendations or other attachments linked to the file). Then I delete the school. Then I re-add the school. And then my app is still there when I try to create a new one. Anyone have experience with this?

It does it to save time in case you change your mind about not wanting to apply. What's the problem? If you want different info on the forms, fill it out differently.

Re: Flex App won't really delete my app
As I have been going through various apps I have made incremental improvements/corrections to various questions. I did not track these and would like them to fill in as the default answer when I start a new app. Unfortunately it won't properly copy and paste from my submitted-app PDFs into the HTML form fields in Flex App. My concern in re-answering them is that I will miss grammar/punctuation/typo fixes I have made over the last month.

You could look at my question this way:
What is the point of having a delete button if it doesn't actually delete. Am I missing something? Is this button working differently for others than for me?

I think I saw in another thread that if you un-assign any LORs that you have assigned to that school, it will then let you really delete an app.
But I haven't tried it, so no guarantees.

My understanding is that if recommendations are assigned, the delete button is grayed-out. Once you un-assign the recommendations, then you can press the button to "delete" the application.I think I saw in another thread that if you un-assign any LORs that you have assigned to that school, it will then let you really delete an app.
Yeah I may do this but I'm trying to get my app out tonight/tomorrow so I can actually enjoy a weekend for the first time in a month, lol.Yea, they do seem desperate to stay. Try calling LSAC. I think that is the only way... hopefully they know how to do it.
