Just wanted to run this by everybody. I wanted to include the part about drugs and alcohol because so many people get their DUI charges lowered to Reckless Driving. Is that alright to include?

If people were charged with a DUI, they would have to mention it anyway. Just take the whole thing out. And nothing was "lowered," was it? You just "received the minimum fine associated with the charge." If the charge was "lowered," then you should say what it was "lowered" to.hadisious wrote:Just wanted to run this by everybody. • Reckless Driving (misdemeanor) - [location] [date]
Received for excess speeding, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. I appeared in court where this was lowered to the minimum fine possible. There were no drugs or alcohol involved whatsoever.

I agree with the above, also take out the word "whatsoever."
