No, for two reasons:
1> You're a 0L and aren't expected to know what classes would be required to practice that type of law.
2> Those are marketing questions that MIGHT be used to see if your interests fit with the strengths of the school so they can judge how likely you are to go there if accepted.

No, but honestly your PS doesn't sound that great if that's the basis of it...and it may hurt you. Generally these idealized PSs come off as naive. Now if its just a sentence...probably not a big deal.

That's not the theme of my PS. That idea probably takes up three sentences of three pages worth of text.
