LSAC recommender, evaluator, or both

Post by matt690 » Wed Nov 16, 2011 2:49 am

Hi,

I am currently going through the application process for tier two and some tier one law schools. I will be asking two college professors for a letter of recommendation. When I fill out the information on lsac, should I only click LOR or should I click LOR and Evaluation? Should I only have them submit a letter of recommendation each? How necessary is the evaluation, and should I have them do it? Thanks.

Have each professor send a letter only. Don't bother with the evaluations.

The evaluations are an experiment by LSAC that schools don't seem to have warmed to.
