Another question about whether or not to disclose, yay!

The question on my app asks: "Have you ever been subject to probation, suspension, or any disciplinary action taken by a school, college, university, professional organization, or agency charged with reviewing professional conduct? If "yes," provide name of institution(s), date(s), and reasons for the action in a separate written or electronic statement and enclose it with this application."

Should I disclose a 1 day high school suspension?

I'm of the opinion that if it's not going to hurt you (which that won't), it's silly to not err on the side of disclosing.

I would assume no because it's high school, but you could always call and ask.
