question about applying and GPA Forum

hey guys. i graduate undergrad after the spring semester of 2013. so i'm getting close to really heating up my LSAT prep etc. etc.

i wanted to ask two things though:

1.) when should i take the lsat? i was thinking october of my senior year, which just means next october. is that early enough?
2.) if i apply to some schools very early -- ones that start accepting applications in september or october -- do they wait until i graduate to assess my GPA? i ask because i'd prefer to get my last semester's grades on my transcript to further boost my GPA.

1 i took it in Oct of my senior yr but if i could do it again, i would take it in June.
2 u can update if u want. that is what i heard. right now i only hv scores of first three years on my transcripts as well. and i am applying.
