ED CCN Question
For NYU/Columbia, says applications must be complete by Nov. 15. Does that mean they must be submitted, or everything extra must be in? They don't have the same language that I saw on Michigan's website (all must be in in advance of this date), so it seemed a bit ambiguous to me. Can anyone help me out?

From what I have gathered they need all of your materials by the 15th to consider you as an ED applicant.
