dumb LOR question, couldn't find answer in the search

Hello TLSers,

When you guys talk about "process" LOR, I am confused. My letters have a status of "received," will it later change to "processed" or "received" just means the letters have already been processed and be available to be sent to schools?

Colloquially, "processed" simply means received by LSAC and added to your file. If your account says the letter was received, then it was processed.
