Optional Resume?

Post by Dream Machine » Tue Nov 08, 2011 7:04 pm

Here was the question on the application verbatim:

"If you would like to supplement your application with a detailed resume containing information not already included in the application you may add it as an optional attachment to your online application."

I literally copied and pasted everything on my resume into the actual application. There was absolutely nothing on my resume that was not included in the employment/academic honors/extracirricular activities section of my application, which I already submitted. I figured it would just make me seem desperate and would waste their paper. I would also technically not be following their instructions.

And then again, there are probably people equally qualified who did submit a resume. Did I shoot myself in the foot by not attaching a resume regardless?
