When organizing your resume by date, is it best to list by end date or start date when there is overlap?
For example:
1/1/06 - 1/1/11
1/1/08 - 1/1/09
or
1/1/08 - 1/1/09
1/1/06 - 1/1/11
Thanks for the help

Re: Resume Help
I'm not sure which is better, but I would certainly consider listing my dates differently. It's very hard to decipher as is, IMO.
Possibly:
Jan 2006 - Jan 2011
Jan 2008 - Jan 2009

Re: Resume Help
Definitely make the switch to Month/Year, leave the days out.
Also, have the position you filled most recently (i.e. end date) listed first.
