why X essay. a must? necessary? recommended? discouraged?
I actually have no strong preference among T6-14. any school will do. I dont know if I should write a why X to each school cause it will be copy paste thing actually.

If you have nothing original to say, don't say it. I would bet that the last thing ad comms wanna read is yet another generic statement about how interesting Clinic X seems and how much you love city Y.

People around here seem to think they are super important. I tend to think schools won't even read them. But nobody really knows. If you're just going to copy and paste, don't do it. But IMO it shouldn't take more than an hour to write each one from scratch.
