One Craigslist ad's salary = the starting salary for every single non-biglaw attorney in NYC. And we wonder why MTal got owned by the curve at Seton Hall... (actually nobody really wonders that—it's often painfully obvious).

Starting salary for non-biglaw in NYC is honestly about 40 to 70k... I've heard of several places with a 35k starting salary, but those tend to be the real awful firms..
