I have a question about LSDAS GPA

I will be done with my undergrad in a bit under 2 weeks.

When I am, I am sure that my grades will bring up my GPA a bit (3.89 currently)

Do I have my undergrad send the transcript to LSDAS or wait and just submit it to whatever school I end up going to?

Also, would the updated GPA get sent to any schools I have already applied to or only to new applications?

just have the UG send the updated transcript to LSAC and email schools to make them aware of the updated GPA
