Can you get a fee waiver if you've already opened the apps?

Pretty straight forward. I have been receiving quite a few fee waivers but I already opened a large amount of apps for the schools I am interested in and I was wondering if they are opened can we still receive the waived fee or get emails?

Yes, you can. I got several unsolicited and one solicited after I had started working on the apps.
